Twinkly Setup (via Twinkly app)

Please set up Twinkly lights per the manufacturer’s instructions. Twinkly provides a user guide on their website HERE, in addition to guided instructions inside their app.

• You will need to download the Twinkly app and create an account
• Often, you will need to let the controller perform a firmware update before you can use the lights
• Make sure you are connecting your phone and the lights to the same WiFi network
• Twinkly like most IOT (internet of things) devices can only use 2.4 Ghz WiFi. You MAY need to set your WiFi router up to show both a 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz SSID to get Twinkly to work correctly!
• I highly recommend once you have the lights connected to WiFi and have tested them via the Twinkly app, you go into your WiFi router settings and give each Twinkly device a static IP address — this will save you headaches down the road
